This listings site is a combination of a directory of links to owners own websites and full adverts. Annual subscription rate starts with prices from £42 per annum.

Charme-traditions.com
Property owners are guarenteed a minimum amount of traffic to their advertisement under this service. Advertisements can be displayed in different languages.

Cheznous.com
A range of offline services are offered here on top of a typical online advertisement including the ability to add advertisements in their own self catering directory and in the national press. Prices start from £179 per year.

Launched in 2004 gite adverts or links to your own website can be provided at a cost of £25 per annum. For increased exposure custom adverts can be placed on their homepage for £250 per annum. Plenty

Established in 1996 and has over 3000 properties advertised. A yearly fee starting from £149 is charged for advertising here. Also advertises French property for sale.

Holiday rental owners can advertise here with prices starting from £45. It also contains a selection of various articles for holiday makers and property owners. Properties for sale can be displayed here as well.

Just over 400 properties are listed here with services including targeted advertising in the press and online editing and management of your property listing. Sign up costs £99 per year.

Over 5000 listings from across the globe can be found on this website which allows you to advertise your property for free.

Gite.com has a goal of being quality oriented, rather than listing thousands of homes. A one time sign up fee of US$209 is charged for creating and hosting your advert here, following on from that a six month subscription fee will apply.

A free listings directory of gite owners personal web sites. This website also supports multiple languages.

Gitesdefrance.info
You can get your gite listed here for free if you have a link back from your own website. They apply their own popularity ranking system to ensure there is no more than 400 gites listed on their website at any one time.

Holiday-Gites.com
An advert here is free for the first year were there are less than 5 other gites in a specific region, otherwise an annual fee of €50 applies.

Various advertising packages are available starting from €119 for 4 months, €169 for 8 months and €199 for 12 months. A full money back guarentee is offered if you are not contacted by any renter during your first month of advertising. Also each listing is automatically translated into 7 different languages.

Owners can get 3 months free advertising here, and if there are less than 3 other properties listed in the region in which you advertise your listing will continue to be free. After that an advertisement costs £60 per year with reductions available for advertising more than one property.

PerfectPlaces.com includes features such as an enquiry and booking management system and automatic translation of listings into 6 languages. A free trial is on offer and after that various subscription options are available for 6 months, 12 months or 2 years.

A pay per enquiry service at £1.50 per enquiry with a maximum payment limit of £75 per year ( 50 enquiries ). Booking management and calendar tools are also provided by this site which lists holiday rentals from all over the world.

Offers two advertising options. A pay per enquiry service at £3.00 per enquiry were you are only charged if you accept the enquiry and you can then see the enquirers contact details. It also offer a pay per month service at £10.00 and if your property is fully booked you are able to take a months off from advertising.

Free advertising is also offered here. This site provides listings for holiday rentals located all over the world, not just France.

Travel-library.com
Accommodation from all over the world can be listed here for free as Travel-Library earn money by placing sponsored adverts alongside your listing. This library contains various other resources including a large car hire directory for holiday makers.
