Our family friendly gites welcome families with babies, toddlers and young children. We offer a safe and peaceful environment in which to enjoy your self catering holiday in rural France. With other toddlers and young children for yours to play with and an enclosed garden and safely enclosed swimming pool you will be able to relax with a chilled glass of wine chatting to like minded parents whilst your children make new friends.

We have 2 young children and we have also been letting out our holiday cottages to families with toddlers and children here since 1996, Wendy is a registered child minder; so we have some experience of what children of all ages enjoy and what makes their parents holidays enjoyable too. Its usually the case that if the children are happy then the parents are too.
What do we mean by Child Friendly and Family Friendly gite holiday ? Well, for a start we welcome families with young children. That means that there will be other like minded families with children, all wanting an enjoyable relaxing stay where there are other children for theirs to play with. If your children are entertained then it usually means you'll be able to relax that bit more.
La Grange du Moulin comprises of six family self catering gites sleeping from 4 in 2 bedrooms to 6 in 3 bedrooms and 8 in 4 bedrooms. Some have dishwashers and start from just £300 in may for a 2 bedroomed gite to £795 in peak season for a 3 bedroomed gite with a dishwasher, so something to suit everyone.

Our swimming pool is completely enclosed by a 1m80 high
fence and wall and is accessed by one gate which is self closing
and has a child proof latch. It is also alarmed for extra security.
It is not heated but in summer time easily gets up to 26 - 28 c and
even younger children will happily swim / play in it. The older
children will be hard to get out of it. We also have our childrens
splash pool, an above ground HEATED (to 30c) pool, perfect for
toddlers and in the low season. We have a small paddling pool for
the really tiny ones. There is also a number of trees around the
area which also provide shade in different areas at different times
of day.
