This delightful 16th century Stone house is situated near Bergerac high on the banks of the Dordogne river with a commanding views.On it's own private grounds surrounded by woodland,landscaped gardens and pool,this charactistic property boasts tranquil seclusion only a stones throw away from all amenities.

The beautiful Dordogne river a short walk away offers all manner of water activities;swimming,kayaking,watersking etc. Nearby the famous Chateau Tiregand and its Pécharmant wines,typical of the region and for those gastronomes countless restaurants in which to sample Perigordine 'South West French' cuisine.Relax by the pool then stroll down the private lane to the weekly village fete 'Table de Pecheurs' to experience that quintessential French fete!

Also close by there are dozens of winerys to visit offering exceptional wine and food, Staying at in the 500-year-old traditional stone house, with five bedrooms and three bath/shower rooms. The house situated in Creysse in the heart of Perigord Poupre, about 10 minutes' drive from Airport and 5 minutes from the main town of Bergerac close to many of the famous medieval bastide towns of Dordogne.

Study- Quiet relaxing exposed stone walls and beams opening up to the garden.

Outside
Large outdoor dining table and chairs. Gas barbeque.
Swimming Pool - 8 metres by 4 metres. The depth is 0.9 metres for the first 1.5 metres then slopes to 2.1 metres at the deep end. Paved sunbathing areas. At the shallow end are steps. The pool summer temperatures are on average 25°c and filters automatically needing no attention from guests and is maintained weekly. Fully enclosed by low sympathetic fencing and hedges, with lockable gates and alarm for the safety of children.
Storeroom - adjacent to the pool, where the outdoor items are stored.
The property has an idyllic setting in beautiful countryside with lovely views , with sun all day long. The house is fronted by a terrace wand part-shaded by a mature Lime, with five acres of private grounds. A third of this is garden, one-third a gently sloping grass meadow and a path leads into the woods which form the remainder of the property, giving plenty of space for children to play and explore. There is plenty of outdoor furniture
