Situated in the heart of the little village Baignes-Sainte-Radegonde in south Charente, our vacation home, boasts five large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a large kitchen. Four of our bedrooms are furnished with one full sized double bed and the fifth contains two twin beds. If you need roll-away-beds, we will be pleased to set them up for you. The kitchen has all modern amenities including a stove and dishwasher. The house also has a large private garden and as from april 2011, a private swimming pool.

Description
Our holiday home is available for rent all year round. Here you can enjoy a perfect break from your everyday cares and relax completely. Forget the stress at work. All rooms in the house feature the latest amenities and many conveniences.

The house is located in the heart of the beautiful little village "Baignes-Sainte-Radegonde". Enjoy fantastic views of ancient architecture and descover the history of this homely town while walking along the green walk way. Day and night, you will relax in an extraordinarily peaceful spot. This evergrowing village offers all types of stores to buy groceries and other useful things: a super mar-ket, a restaurant, cafés, pubs and much more...

Our gîte boasts five large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a large kitchen. In the living room you will find a wide screen TV with a satellite connection and a DVD player.

Four of our bedrooms are furnished with one full sized double bed and the fifth contains two twin beds. If you need roll-away-beds, we will be pleased to set them up for you. The kitchen has all modern amenities including a stove and dishwasher. The house also has a large private garden.
