Our Stone House used to be a winery located in amongst vineyards and by a river. The house is renovated to a high standard with new bathroom and kitchen. The house comes with a large garden 400m2 garden with trees where you can rest underneath from the sun. The living room has a large French window that opens out onto a large terrace that descends into the garden via stairs. Situated in Regional Park Languedoc ideal for those people who are seeking Sunshine and Freshair.The Propert consists of 2 Bedrooms by face onto the Garden and have views over the Countryside.

This has been ronovated to a high standard and includes a Gas Range Cooker for those who like to cook. The kitchen window faces onto the terrace and has a view onto the Garden. The Kitchen is fully equipped.
The living room has a TV and DVD player with leather Comfortable Sofa chairs. The living room facers onto the Garden though large French Windows - the French Windows open out onto the Terrace and down to the Garden.
Down in the Garden there is a area for Barbaquing and also a Tunnella that is great for eating under. The natural follage gives protection from the midday sunshine. There are table with chairs for eating outside.
Sheets and blankets are provided in the price. The beds are made for your arrival. Kitchen towels are also provided - but bath towels on not provided.
The House has a large Garden with trees offering natural shade from the Sun during July and August. The size of the Garden is about 400m2 and has bushes as well as a Fence around the perimeter offering security to children. The Terrace also has 2 sun loungers for those who wish to sunbathe. The River is a short walk away where it is possible for people to cool of in privacy.
Golf Course is located 15 to 20 Drive away in nearby town Lamalou Les Bains.
As the house is located in the Regional Park Languedoc the emphasis is on the outdoors sunshine-freshair and peacefulness. The location is ideal for people who whish to stay in the countryside but at the sametime to have facilities closeby. Great for wlaking and Cycleing - the area is surrounded by Vineyards and Mountains.
The house is located amongst Vineyards and by a river. Only 600 metres away from the house a the start of a winding Gorge with river. The river is ideal for swimming in and close to the house. The nearest Supermarkets are located 15 minutes drive away. Golf Course is 20 minutes away. There are house riding schools 20 mins away. Swimming Pools are located 30 mins away.
