Sleeps 2/4. 1 bedroom recently renovated apartment with a large balcony. Cot. Located in the centre of Valras Plage in front of the beach - only 30 metres away, close to the Pier and Yacht Marina, Restaurants, Cafes and Markets. There is a Golf Course nearby. Beziers is 8km/10 mins by car.

Located 8kms from Beziers and 50kms from Montpellier. The Apartment faces directly onto the Beach, with an unobstructed view of the Beach from East to West. Located in the Centre of Valras Plage with all facilities close by. The Apartment has a Large Balcony over looking the Beach. The Apartment has been recently renovated and is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The kitchen is fully equipped. In Front of the Appartment on the Beach there are Fresh Water Showers making it very esay to grab a shower on your way back from the Beach. Close by there are local Markets Banks, Post Offices and a Hypermarket. There are lots of Terraces with Tables and Chairs outside that belong to restaurants where you can eat outside in the lovely Mediterrrean Sea Air. On the 14th of July and 15th of August Valras Plage puts on a Spectacular Firework Display from the Pier, directly in Front of the Apartment, where you have an amazing view of the memorable event.

Bedroom 1 with Double Bed. A built in Wardrobe as well as Draws for clothing. Room comes with side locker and lamp.

Bathroom with Shower, WC and Sink.
Faces the Yacht Marina.

The kitchen equipment, with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, utensils, plates, pans, cups etc.

The living room is equipped with TV/DVD and has a Sliding French Window that opens out onto a large Balcony overlooking the Beach, Pier and Promanade. There is a Very Comfortable Double Sofa Bed for an extra 2 people.

Sheets, Pillow Cases and blankets are provided and are included in the price. The Double bed will be already made for your arrival. Kitchen Towels are also provided but Beach and Bath towels are not.

Cot for child can be provided on request.

Balcony over looking the beach has a table and 5 chairs. There is also a sunshade to shield you from the midday sun when eating on the balcony.
