The village has full facilities available. Tourist Information Office; Banks with cash point,Boulangerie, Butchers, tabac, supermarkets (intermarche) with petrol station, Post Office, Pharmacies,Restaurants, and an excellent Friday market. Theres a good local french (English speaking) restaurant in Auverse, l'oeildeboeuf. Golf course 15 minutes drive, larger towns of Bauge, La Fleche, Le Lude, Chateau-le-Valliere, Chateau du Loir are all within 30 minutes drive. Ideally located for numerous chateaux and wine tours. Private off road parking.
A Two storey property which is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Outside: There is a large sun terrace with patio furniture, wooden garden bench for warm nights sitting under the grape vines sipping on the local French wine. Barbecue and is set in over an acre of land, mainly grass with trees and shrubs. It is a very quiet location ideal for relaxing, and stargazing on a clear night is absolutely breathtaking.
