Description
Many of the original features, such as oak beams and traditional tiled floors, have been retained to make it a ‘home from home’. Underfloor heating and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with everything you’d expect to find, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower and toilet and there is a family bathroom upstairs with a bath and toilet and downstairs a cloakroom with toilet.
Completely renovated and re-furnished for 2011 the cottage provides the perfect accommodation for any holiday.
The cottage is priced per week with everything included. There are no extras for power, water or heating. Linen is provided for all the bedrooms. Cots and high chairs are available, free of charge, on request.

Bookings should be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 25%, with the balance payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday. We would suggest that guests take out a holiday insurance to cover loss of any payments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Normally the cottage is rented from Saturday to Saturday, although this is flexible during Low Season. The gite is available from 4pm on the first day and should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. If you are arriving early or later, please let us know. We always endeavour to be as flexible as possible to accommodate our guests needs. Guests should leave the gite clean and in the same state as they found them at the end of their stay. Pets are not allowed in the gite. To cover any damage or breakages, we ask for a refundable security deposit of £100 or 150€.
