Situated in the south of the Deux Sevres region of the Poitou Charentes La Moderation is in the ideal position for those wanting to explore this beautiful region, or just to sit back and relax in the sun. Our gite, is a former cowshed attached to the end of the main building of this former farm dating from the 1800’s. Which we now run as a small family camping and caravan site in the south of the Deux Sevres in the heart of the Pouiou Charentes region, “La Couer de la Charente”.

Description
Inside the gite on the ground floor is a large 30mtr + Living dining room with fitted kitchen, stairs to first floor. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven and is complete with all cookware, cutlery and crockery etc, you will need for your stay. Dining area with 4 or 6 chairs and circular table. Living area with two armchairs and a sofa bed for extra persons if required. TV (French), Video recorder, DVD player and CD Radio with selection of CD’s DVD’s and tapes.
First floor, main bedroom with double bed second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with toilet, shower and wash basin.
Outside there is a small terrace to the front with table chairs umbrella etc, quiet rear garden area. Swimming outdoor 9.5 x 5mtr above ground pool and small indoor plunge pool.
Plenty to see and do in the surrounding regions, inland beaches, river areas, walking and cycling along quiet back roads in beautiful countryside.
